MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee police have arrested a 46-year-old man who they say shot at a house on Milwaukee's northwest side Monday, Jan. 16.
It was all caught on a Ring doorbell camera. Neighbors told FOX6 News they are shaken up because the shooting happened in broad daylight.
"This was bold, this was daylight," the woman whose home was shot at said. She asked not to be identified for safety reasons. "I’m frantic now that I have actually seen this happened."
The video showed the man walk up to the woman's home. He walked about, but stopped and turned – firing shots. Eight bullets hit the home on 17th Street.
"I don’t know this man, I don’t know why he came to my door, and don’t know if he’s coming back," the woman said.
No one was hurt, but the woman said her 14-year-old daughter and twin 2-year-old grandsons were inside at the time.
"My peace is disturbed so drastically I don’t know how to live," said the woman.
"I was shocked. I couldn’t believe it," said neighbor Joann Harden. "I’m so sorry for the young lady, now she’s frightened to live in her home."
