Looks like Nigeria's politicians have taken some notes from the DNC here in America. The Nigerian government used the ruse of 'terrorism' to allow troops to be brought in to secure polling places, instead what happened is the troops began blocking people unfriendly to specific candidates.
It is unclear which candidates the troops are looking out for based on the video and the several replies from Nigerians on Twitter. They just seem angry people are being blocked from voting, and very few are listing names. Most likely in fear of being targeted later on since they know they're being recorded.
