Jackson Mahomes, the younger brother of NFL star Patrick Mahomes, has been accused of assault by the owner and a waiter at a Kansas City restaurant. The incident reportedly took place on February 6, when Mahomes and a group of friends entered the restaurant and were told they would have to wait for a table. Witnesses claim that Mahomes became agitated and started berating the staff, using profanity and making inappropriate gestures. The owner of the restaurant, identified as Neal S., approached Mahomes and asked him to leave, at which point Mahomes allegedly pushed him and started a physical altercation. The waiter, identified as Kevin V., tried to intervene and was also allegedly pushed by Mahomes. Both men suffered minor injuries. The Kansas City Police Department confirmed that they were called to the scene but did not make any arrests. Mahomes has denied the allegations on social media, but the restaurant has released a statement standing by their staff and condemning the behavior of the group.
