A Connecticut lunch lady has been accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy whom she allegedly groomed over several months through social media. Andie Rosafort, 31, was reportedly working as a lunch aide at New Fairfield Middle School when she allegedly began communicating with the victim and other freshman boys on social media.
The investigation into Rosafort began after administrators at New Fairfield High School reported a possible inappropriate relationship between an employee and a student to the police. The father of one of the victim's friends also alerted administrators after his child expressed concerns that their friend had been sexually assaulted by Rosafort.
According to an affidavit obtained by WTNH, the victim's behavior at a party on Jan. 13 raised suspicions among his friends. The student reportedly left the party and returned later, but his friends noticed a change in his behavior.
Further investigation revealed that Rosafort had allegedly been communicating with freshman boys on social media, and that she had sexually assaulted the victim in her SUV.
