This is the moment a hapless armed robber is told to stick it when he tries to rob a kiosk armed with a glue gun.
CCTV footage of the baffling raid - in the Bacaxa district of Saquarema, a city in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro, on Friday, 3rd March - shows the would-be crook walking up to the counter.
As he lifts his polo shirt, a hot glue gun - normally used by crafters - is clearly seen jammed in the waistband of his shorts.
Unimpressed, the man behind the counter, named as Jorge Figueiredo, does nothing, even when the stick-up artist threatened to shoot him in the face.
After showing the 'gun' a second time, the crook gets the message and flees.
