

Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — A police chase that ended when a stolen Jeep crashed into a school bus carrying 17 students Wednesday began when a Rochester City School District employee was carjacked at knifepoint.
Police said the 51-year-old woman was leaving work when one suspect used a knife to carjack her on Costar Street. Officers then spotted the stolen car and pursued it, before it collided with the bus at Roycroft Drive and Carter Street.
Maliq McCullough, 20, is charged with robbery, assault and two counts of grand larceny. He was taken to Monroe County Jail.
Adeosun Hughes, 23, is charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was issued an appearance ticket.
The incident remains under investigation.
