A viral TikTok captured the scene where a steer ran wild and knocked over several women after charging at them while they were on the arena floor at a Johnson County rodeo. In the video posted by Travis Gidley, the women looked like they were having fun before the steer charged at them.
The incident took place in Cleburne (a city near Dallas and Fort Worth) on Wednesday, June 7, at the Johnson County Sheriff's Posse, according to the Forth Worth Star-Telegram. Gidley posted the TikTok the same day of the incident, writing in his caption that the ladies tried to steer the animal before it got a little wild. It appears to be a calf scramble, which is when calves are released into an area and people chase and attempt to catch it. However, this one went wild.
