In a deeply distressing incident, a law enforcement officer has come under scrutiny after allegedly shooting a playful dog multiple times, even as it was running away. The incident, witnessed by shocked onlookers and captured on video, has ignited a wave of outrage and raised concerns about the use of force by police.
The heart-wrenching footage shows the dog engaging in playful behavior when approached by the officer. Hopefully, this guy is fired. He should never be allowed to do this again.
