A Twitter user uploaded a video from the Crocker Galleria in San Francisco that shows a bunch of Christmas decorations in the middle of an abandoned mall. An article from the San Francisco Standard stated there are only 3 businesses left operating inside the mall within a city that has become the shoplifting capital of America.
