They want the City of Boston to pay $15 billion in reparations for its involvement in the slave trade.

- $5 billion around stripping our financial institutions creating a new black bank.
- $5 billion in terms of addressing issues of the education achievement gap between blacks and whites.
The demand was made at an event organized by the Boston People's Reparations Commission, held at Resurrection Lutheran Church.
