Thieves were caught on camera breaking into at least 8 cars, 5 garages, and several homes.
Thieves targeted a neighborhood in the East Bay,[California] stealing garage openers from cars and breaking into homes.
Surveillance footage shows the group breaking into cars, garages, and homes, driving a white Honda Accord around 7 a.m. on Sunday.
In one instance, the thieves entered a home with a woman and children inside, but the woman chased them out after they tried to steal her car.
