Colorado CEO has been charged with throwing a 15-year-old boy to the floor at an In-N-Out Burger after he splashed his wife while throwing water at his friends.

Lucas Kalisher, 55, has been charged with second-degree assault for an incident on August 4 at an In-N-Out Burger in Loveland, Colorado.
There was a warrant for his arrest, and he turned himself into the Larimer County Jail on Tuesday night around 10:30 p.m., nearly 10 days after the incident.
Kalisher is the CEO and principal member at Summit Source Funding.
