Sad Video Shows A Couple Reveal The Gender Of Their Unborn Baby Just Weeks Before The Mother Was Killed By A Drunk Driver

Minneapolis man shares video of him and his wife discovering the gender of their unborn baby just weeks before the mother and unborn child were killed by a drunk driver.

"I'm at loss for words. Im so mad at the world, im so sad, im so defeated, I'm at rock bottom. My ribs hurt, but my heart was shattered," Yang said in a FB post.

The couple were high school sweethearts and were excited to have a baby after pregnancy struggles.

"We were having such a great weekend, spending time together and enjoying each other company. We had a secret, we was waiting until we hit 20 weeks at Sept 1st to announce that we were expecting a baby girl to the world."

"She was so happy, she had already began buying some baby clothes, coming up with baby shower ideas. My baby girl's name is Leona Yeeb Laim Yang."

"She was expected to arrive on Melinda's birthday, January 19th 2025... Now that I am home, it doesn't feel complete."

"She was such a huge part of me, a huge part of what I call "Home". She is what made this house I live in, a Home... Now that you are gone, I don't know what I'll do now without you."

"You and baby are now gone and left a hole in my heart. I'll forever miss you both, and love you two forever more. Thank you for loving me, and choosing me to be your life partner. Rest beyond the skies and clouds above my loves, I'll see you both one day."

20-year-old Makayla April Sua Richardson was arrested for running a red light and smashing into the couple.

She faces up to 10 years in prison.
