CA Gov. Gavin Newsom signs bill into law that bans the distribution of "election communications that contain materially deceptive content."
According to his own statement, content from the Kamala Harris Campaign X account could be banned but most likely won't.
CNN recently released a report detailing all of the "deceptive" content coming from Kamala HQ.
"A social media account run by Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign has been repeatedly deceptive."
"[Kamala HQ] has made a habit of misleadingly clipping and inaccurately captioning video clips to attack former President Donald Trump."
In Newsom's own statement, "deceptive content," as CNN described, is now banned.
"You can no longer knowingly distribute an ad or other election communications that contain materially deceptive content," Newsom said on X.
"Governor Gavin Newsom today signed three measures to remove deceptive content from large online platforms, increase accountability, and better inform voters," Newsom's office said.
Don't kid yourselves, Commiefornia will only ban one side's posts such as President Trump's.
