As of July 2024, data shows over 7 million illegals in the non-detained docket
This includes those with final removal orders or undergoing removal proceedings without being in ICE custody
Among these non-detained individuals, there are 425,431 convicted criminals and 222,141 with pending criminal charges
Conviction breakdown includes:
- 62,231 for assault
- 14,301 for burglary
- 56,533 for drug-related offenses
- 13,099 for homicide
- 2,521 for kidnapping
- 15,811 for s-sexual assault
Additionally, there are 1,845 pending homicide charges, 42,915 pending assault charges, 3,266 pending burglary charges, and 4,250 pending assault charges
