The Southport murder suspect has been charged with producing the deadly poison ricin and possessing a book on an Al-Qaeda terrorist manual.
Axel Rudakubana, 18, has been charged with having a study of a terrorist manual found at his home.
He is accused of murdering three young girls: Bebe King (6), Elsie Dot Stancombe (7), and Alice Dasilva Aguiar (9) during a stabbing attack at a Taylor Swift-themed holiday club in July.
He also faces ten counts of attempted murder and possession of a knife.
